Meet Nancy

Say Hello

 We view Yoga and Pilates through the lens of Physical Therapy, ensuring that all postures are biomechanically correct for your body.  Our clients are typically mature adults looking to enhance their quality of life, or Post -rehab clients who wants helping getting to the next level of fitness.

lNancy has been involved in the fitness industry almost all her life. She has certifications as a Peak Pilates Professional Instructor, a Professional Yoga Therapy Institute Certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance RYT-200 HR Instructor  and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.  Nancy has been working with personal training and Pilates clients in many locations throughout Anne Arundel County including gyms and Senior Centers.   She is thrilled to continue offering personal training, Pilates, Yoga and Post rehab training to clients through Healthy Living 4 Life. Nancy enjoys working with people of all abilities, focusing on better quality of life through functional fitness. She is passionate about Pilates, Yoga and Physical Therapy and the difference they can make in people’s daily lives 
Nancy  also holds a BA from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Nancy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and IDEA Health & Fitness Association and the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
